摘要
DNA甲基化异常在肿瘤发生发展中起重要作用,可导致肿瘤细胞中基因表达异常。高甲基化引起基因表达降低,低甲基化则使基因的表达增加。探讨基因甲基化异常在甲状腺肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用,对甲状腺肿瘤的早期诊断、基因治疗和预后判断具有重要意义。
