摘要
BLyS是肿瘤坏死因子家族新成员,由285个氨基酸组成,为Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白。BLyS可刺激B淋巴细胞增殖、分化和分泌抗体,在机体的体液免疫中发挥重要调节作用。BLyS表达失衡与多种自身免疫性疾病的发生有关。
