摘要
沙立度胺(Thd)能作用于中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞,调控多种细胞因子,从而发挥抗炎免疫调节作用,并可抑制血管生成而发挥抗肿瘤作用。对于血液系统疾病、多种实体瘤、艾滋病、风湿性疾病及炎症性肠病等难治性疾病的治疗,Thd均有一定的疗效。
