摘要
从温度设定和锁模力、开合模、顶出、抽芯、注射、保压参数设计等方面讨论了热塑性塑料注塑工艺参数优化设计的方法,阐述了原材料、模具、设备、制品结构和环境对注塑工艺参数设计的影响。这对正确优化生产中的注塑工艺参数、提高试模成功率、缩短模具的调试时间和减少废品具有实际的指导意义。在优化工艺设计一般原则的指导下,再考虑影响工艺参数设计的因素,就能迅速、容易地生产出合格的制品。
The optimal design of injection molding parameter on temperature, locking force, mold open and close, ejection, slide, injection and holding pressure etc was discussed. The effects of material, mold, equipment, product structure, and environment on the technical parameter design were stated in order to optimize the injection molding parameter, improve the success rate of die setting, reduce the adjusting time and decrease the amount of wasters, the results was a good guidance for production. The right products could be gain quickly. Unlder the guidance of the principles of the optimal design of injection molding parameter.
