摘要
前臂、小腿的知名动脉走行于肌肉或肌腱之间,在肌间隙中发出众多的筋膜皮肤穿动脉。这些肌间隙穿动脉在深筋膜表面发出3~5个分支,并相互联系形成顺沿动脉走行的环环相扣的纵向链式血管吻合。在前臂的桡、尺两侧及小腿的前、后、外三方均存在着纵向筋膜血管网。顺沿此纵向链式血管网的走向设计切取以近端或远端为蒂的筋膜岛状皮瓣,长宽比例可达5:1。作者还介绍了前臂和小腿链型筋膜皮瓣的几种应用方法,修复手、足软组织缺损的临床经验及其优点.

was observed that the arteries passing through the intermuscular
septa in forearm and legsend many small perforating branches to form
a longitudinal chain- type blood supply network tothe overlying deep
fascia and skin,The fasciocutaneous flap which was supplied by the
longitudi-nal chain-type vascular network could be used as an island
transposition graft, with the bloodvascular pedicle either at the
distal end or at the proximal end.The flap can survive well at
alength-width ratio of up to 5 to l.Clinical experience of successful
application in the repair of softtissue defects in 16 cases of
patients were afforded。
