T＿（9～12）后外侧支与臀上皮神经缝接重建臀部感觉的应用解剖

Match of posterolateral branches of T_(9～12) thoracic nerves with superior clunial nerves for sensory restoration of gluteal region:the anatomic aspect

在１５具成人尸体上，应用巨微解剖方法，对３０侧Ｔ＿（９～１２）与Ｌ＿（１～３）脊神经后外侧支腰背筋膜下段、腰背筋膜内段及竖脊肌内段等进行了观察。Ｔ＿（９～１２）与Ｌ＿（１～３）在腰背筋膜深面位置邻近。在筋膜深面切断Ｔ＿（９～１２）远侧段和Ｌ＿（１～３）近侧段，相向放直，测得Ｔ＿９与Ｌ＿（１～３）相距４０、６５、８３ｍｍ；Ｔ＿（１０）与Ｌ＿（１～３）相距１９、２９、４４ｍｍ；Ｔ＿（１１、１２）与Ｌ＿（１～３）都重叠。结果提示：Ｔ＿（９～１２）与Ｌ＿（１～３）在腰背筋膜与竖脊肌之间缝接是可行的，为此提出相应的神经缝接新术式。此术式适合于截瘫病人重建臀部感觉、预防和治疗臀部褥疮。

he posterolateral branches of the 9th～12th thoracic nerves(T_(9～12))and the 1st～3rd lumbarnerves(L_(1～3) ,or supereior clunial nerves)were studied in 15 cadavers.Anatomically,these nervesare quite closely arranged beneath the thoracolumbar fascia,being 40mm , 65mm and 80mm be-tween T_9 and L_(1～3),19mm,29mm and 44mm between T_(10) and L_(1～3) respectively, and the T_(11,12) beingoverlaped with L_(1～3). Therefore, it is possible to match the posterolateral branches of T_(9～12) withL_(1～ 3) lumbar nerves. The operation may be suitable for sensory restoration of gluteal region in pa-tients with lumbar spinal cord injuries.
