摘要
在５１例固定的心脏标本上观察了心包窦和隐离及静脉裸区。上腔静脉后右侧隐窝最深处１４．７ｍｍ，与右心耳嵴同一水平。下腔静脉后左、右侧隐窝的静脉裸区最窄处３．２ｍｍ距右肺下静脉下缘１０ｍｍ。肺静脉间隐窝出现率８０％。斜窦分４型，其中Ⅰ型占７２．５％。对心包内各隐窝和窦及裸区做了详细测量，为心、肺手术时心包内阻断大血管提供形态学基础。

sinus,recess and bare area of pericardium were observed on 51 hearts.
The right retro-SCV(superior cava vena)recess was 14.7mm in
depth,reaching the level of the crest of right au-ricle. The
narrowest part of the bare area between the left and right retro-
ICV(inferior cavavena)was 3.2mm in width,which was 10mm away from the
right inferior pulmonary vein,Therecess between the two right
pulmonary veins was found in 84%of the cases. Four types of
theoblique sinus were observed , among which type Ⅰaccounted for
72%。The study may provideanatomic basis for heart- pulmonary
operations.
