摘要
研究在桥接面神经的自体静脉管腔内分别加入自体周围神经组织及异体胚胎小脑组织的匀浆,观察其对面神经管状化移植再生的影响。对如何应用简单的方法来改进非神经组织的移植效果进行了初步探讨。动物均采用自身左右对照,术后20周进行电生理及组织学观察,初步的结果显示:周围神经组织匀浆侧运动传导速度,远端神经有髓纤维总数高于盐水侧,具有显著性差异。异体胚胎小脑组织匀浆促进神经再生的作用不明显。
n the present study,rabbit
nervous homogenates prepared from autologous extracranial seg-ment of
facial nerve and hetrogenous embryonic cerebellum were separately
injected into atitoge-nous venous conduits placed between the two
stumps of the severed facial nerves. The regenera-tion of facial
nerve was electrophysiologically and histologically examined 20 weeks
following theoperation,The results show a significant increment of
nerve conduct velocity and number of my-clinated nerve fibers in
facial nerves receiving autologous nervous homogentae. The effects of
het-rogenous nervous homogenate on faical nerve regeneration seem
negligible.
