摘要
采用２例干燥骶骨，摄取骨盆正位和骶尾骨正侧位片以及腹部平片，观察正常骶骨Ｘ线征象，回顾性观察分析５０例有骨盆骶骨病变的Ｘ线片。结果显示骶骨的正常Ｘ线解剖在常规正位片上，骶孔线、椎间盘线及椎间孔线共同形成倒置的宝塔形，可根据上述结构的Ｘ线改变来确定骶骨各种病变时异常Ｘ线征象。
adiologic features of normal
sacrum were described by means of radiographical measure-ments on 2
dry sacrum specimens. It is found that the sacral arcuate line,the
intervertebral fofa-men line and the intervertebral disc line
together form an inverted pagoda. The results were ret-rospectively
compared with 50 roentgenograms of abnormal sacrums.
