摘要
对１５例（３０只）引产胎儿（２８～３９周）睾丸血管进行了解剖观测，并对离体睾丸用２～４℃灌注液灌注，效果满意。本文还对手术适应症，脂儿睾丸动静脉修整吻合方法及胎睾和受体血管的选择也进行了讨论。

aborted fetuses(28～39 weeks in gestation)were dissected and
thetesticular vessel;were tested for their availability of free
transplantation by means of arterial per-fusion of 2～4℃ saline. The
results demonstrate that fetal testis is suitable for free
transplanta-tion. Clinical application of the graft is discussed.
