摘要
在６２侧成人上肢标本上测量了肩押上神经，肩胛切迹，肩胛上神经转折角等结构，观察了肩胛上神经与周围结构的关系，井根据摹拟观察，分析了引起肩胛上神经嵌压的原因，认为肩胛上神经在肩胛切迹和肩胛上神经转折用处受嵌压性损伤的可能性最大，并提出了预防和手术治疗的建议。
The suprascapular
nerve,scapular notch and suprascapular nerve turning corner were
mea-sured on 62 adult upper extremities. The relationship between
suprascapular nerve and its sur-rounding structures was also
observed. Some simulating tests on the cadavers were used to
anal-ysed the cause of entrapment of suprascapular nerve. Injury of
the suprascapular nerve wasthought to occur most probably at scapular
notch and suprascapular nerve turning corner,Somesuggestions for the
prevention and operative treatment were put forward.
