Application of Nuclear Gauge in the Measurement of Asphalt Pavement

论述了核子密度仪在高速公路沥青路面检测中的应用技术,在核子密度仪与常规钻芯取样测得的沥青面层压实度的对比试验(标定)的基础上,建立回归曲线,用以测定沥青路面的压实度。核子密度仪用于沥青路面压实质量的过程控制,时用核子密度仪检测出的超密点及压实度不足点,应取芯验证。本文还讨论了核子密度仪检测沥青路面的其它用途。

The application of nuclear gauge to measure density of asphalt pavement is analyzed in the paper. The regression formula used in measuring density of pavement is founded through linear regression of the data measured by nuclear gauge and core method. As nuclear gauge is used for the purpose of quality control, it is recommended to testify by core method when the density obtained through nuclear gauge is too high or too low. Other uses of nuclear gauge for asphalt pavement are also discussed in the paper.
