双相情感性障碍患者及其一级亲属EPQ测试的初步分析

A Contrasted Study on EPQ Test between the Patients with Bipolar Affective Disorder andTheir First Rank Relatives.

本文对符合ＣＣＭＤ－Ｄ－２中情感性障碍诊断标准的患者１００例，及其一级亲属１８９人进行艾森克个性问卷调查。结果发现：患者及其一级亲属的Ｐ、Ｅ、Ｎ量表分都显著高于常模均值，而患者与亲属之间却无显著性差异。情感性障碍患者及其一级亲属的个性特征具有精神病质、个性外向、情绪不稳定的倾向。本文就患者及其一级亲属的个性特征和有关问题作了初步分析。

A contrasted study was carried out between the patients with bipolar affectivedisorder and their first rank relatives on the results of Eysenck Personality Questionaire(EPQ).The results showed: the P,E,N scores of the patients and their relatives were all higher than thatof national norm samples(P<0. 01 ),but those scores of P、E、N in patients and their relativeswere not obviously different;the L scores of the patients with their characteristic of personality ofthe patients and their first rank relatives as well as some relevant problems were discussed.
