脑积水神经细胞生物学的实验研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑积水在形成过程中,脑室系统不断扩大,周围神经细胞的能量代谢在其早期已出现改变,氧化代谢率减低,且海马区对能量代谢减低比较敏感,各种神经递质的浓度也发生改变。在细胞形态方面,出现突触减少、线粒体肿胀等改变,同时在脑积水的某些阶段也发现神经元轴突的延生,突触的重组以及新生的神经胶质细胞,并且在基因水平也发现一些保护性基因的表达增加。
