On Systematization and Management of Enterprise Knowledge Sharing

本文在阐释企业知识内涵的基础上,分析了知识共享的作用和影响因素,进而从激励机制和组织管理的角度提出促进知识共享的诸多措施。

The paper, on the basis of clarifying the concept of enterprise knowledge resource,analyzes the effects and inglnencing factors of knowlegde sharing and further proposes measures to be taken to promote knowledge sharing in the view of incentive mechanism and organizational management.
