对满足物质需求的幸福和满足精神需求的高尚的追求是人得以不断发展的向心力,也是人的本质获得确证的形上依据。因此,作为由人对物的依赖性向人的全面自由个性发展的中介,社会主义社会应该在不断满足人的物质体验的同时,不断丰富人的精神旨趣。由此,从幸福到高尚的提升就成为社会主义精神文明建设的时代主题。

The pursuits for happiness and glory, which are respectively coming from physical satisfaction and spiritual satisfaction, are inner drives of people’s no ending improvement, also are proofs of human’s essence.So, as the medium between human’s reliance on substances with individual comprehensive development, the socialist society should meet not only people’s physical requirements, but also their spiritual needs, thus, to raise happiness to glory becomes the tittle of socialist spiritual construction.
