西部欠发达地区农民兼职行为的经济分析

Economic Analysis of Part-time Act of the Peasants in the Less Developed Areas in Western China

西部欠发达地区经济整体发展水平低,小城镇支撑、容纳能力有限,农民在就业和生活方式选择上面临两难困境,兼职仍然是多数农民的选择。建议采取各种有力措施,一是确保部分农民能有效有序向城镇转移定居,彻底减少农业人口;二是改善农村生活条件,切实减轻农民负担,提高农民从事农业生产的报酬,实现农民安居乐业,最终达到小康水平。

In the less developed areas of Western China, the peasants face the dilemma in choosing working and living places because of the areas’lower developing standard and limited abilities for the small cities to support the peasants employed. Part-time acts is still the choice of the most peasants. We suggest something must be done in trying to decrease the agricultural population, bettering the living conditions in countryside, reducing the burden of the peasants, increasing the income of agriculture, at last, making the peasants’lives realize the living standards of a fairly comfortable life.
