论民营企业的文化建设

On Cultural Building of Non-governmental Enterprises

企业文化是现代企业的灵魂和支柱。然而,我国许多民营企业只注重短期经济效益而忽视企业文化建设。文化的缺失直接威胁着企业的持续发展。因此,创建自己卓越的企业文化,已成为我国民营企业发展的当务之急。民营企业的文化建设应在明确目标的基础上,从提高企业家素质,执行"以人为本"和积极开拓创新三方面努力。

Enterprise culture is the soul and the backbone of a modern enterprise. However, most non-governmental enterprises pay more attention to economic benefits but less attention to building of enterprise culture. Lack of culture directly threatens sustainable development of enterprises. So it has become urgent affairs for non-governmental enterprises to establish its own culture. On the basis of clear target, building of enterprise culture should center on improving qualities of entrepreneurs, implementing 'people oriented' and taking an active in innovation.
