Analysis of Output of Scientific Research in '10.5'Period

医院“十五”期间论文发表数量增多、科研成果数质量持续增高、科研基金获得稳步增长、知识产权申请与授权数增长较快。主要是打造人才队伍,特别是高学历人才的培养;政策牵引,努力激发科研热情;明确目标,及时调整管理对策;广开思路,加大经费与人力投入;深化协作,大力推动科技创新。

In '10.5' period, the amount of issued papers, achievements of scientific research, funds of scientific research, application and recognition of property right increased immensely. The main methods are to cultivate high quality talent team, to arouse the enthusiasm on scientific research with policy, to adjust measures of management with definite goal, to strengthen input of fund and manpower, to enforce innovation of science and technique with cooperation.
