摘要
本研究从系统的观点出发,通过科学方法建立符合军队医院特点的综合评价指标体系和权重系数,为综合评价结果建立了基础。采用医院综合效益评价的多种方法与不同的指标体系结合,形成多个评价方案,并通过评价方案择优系统,计算出各评价方案的兼容度和差异度,科学的从多个评价方案中选出了最具代表性的评价方案。符合现代科学决策规则,为科学、客观的说明评价单元的综合效益状况提供了科学依据。
From view of system science, the author gives base to evaluation by establishing appraising index system for hospital. Use several evaluation methods to form appraising plans, then calculate the Comptibility Degree (C.D) and Different Degree (D.D.), select the best schemes which can best illustrate the reality. It complies with the principle of modern scientific decision-making, and gives accordance to explaining comprehensive benefit of appraising unit scientifically and objectively.
