摘要
医院应与患者建立相互信任和坦诚的沟通,理解并维护每一位患者的文化习俗、社会心理和精神需求,并让患者参与医疗活动的决策和过程,这不仅使患者可获得更佳医疗效果,也使医院竞争力得以提高。本文从制定并告知患者的权利、患者权利的提供和获取、知情同意的例外和患者及其家属的教育四个方面进行了阐述。
Hospital should trust in and communicate with patients frankly, understand and meet the need of every patient in cultural convention, social psychology and mental need, let patients participate in the decision-making of medical activity. These measures can not only obtain the best result for the patients, but also enhance the competitiveness for the hospital. This article elaborate this question in four respects : to formulate and inform patient′s rights, to provide patient′s rights, to let patients and their family members know the exception of these rights and to educate them knowing how to obtain these rights.
