广东省初婚夫妇不孕症发病率现状调查

A Cross-sectional Study on the Incidence of Infertility in Guangdong Province

目的 了解广东省初婚育龄夫妇不孕症(infertility)的发病率现状及生活职业环境的影响因素。方法 运用分层整群抽样法、利用全省计划生育服务网络等,以自然人群抽样代表性的195 95个已婚育龄家庭为研究对象,采用问卷调查,对广东省目前育龄夫妇不孕症的发生情况进行横断面调查,同时对其有关的流行因素进行分析。采用EpiData软件建立数据库,采用两次录入法录入全部数据,用SPSS 10 0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 广东省不孕症的发生率为14 7% ;各地市间存在差异,珠三角地区较高,粤北地区较低。调查结果显示,不孕症的发生情况与地域分布、结婚年龄、职业状况等相关。结论 广东省初婚育龄夫妇不孕症的发生率为14 7% ,有必要对影响不孕症发生的相关因素进一步研究,以便找到降低不孕症发生的方法和途径。

Objective To summarize and analyse the incidence of infertility among those couples married in 2000 with at least 12 months of unprotected intercourse in Guangdong province.Methods Samples were selected from the couples at the age of fecundity married in 2000 in Guangdong province by stratified random cluster sampling.A face to face interview was conducted to fill the unified questionnaires by trained interviewers.The questionnaires mainly involved the common status of the couples and information about their bearing.Altogether 19 595 qualified questionaires were used to calculate the incidence of infertility and to analyse the factors related to the infertility.Results the incidence of infertility in Guangdong province was about 14.7%.There were significant differences between different regions.The incidence of infertility ranges were from 7.0% (the north region of Guangdong province) to 24.3%(the middle region of Guangdong province).The occurrence of infertility was related to region, marriage and occupations.Conclusion The incidence of infertility was about 14.7% among those couples married in 2000.Data suggested that it is necessary to carry out further study on those factors affecting the morbidity of infertility to find the methods of lowering it.
