摘要
以磷钨酸作为催化剂,合成了异丁酸丁酯。研究了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间以及带水剂等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,其最优化条件为:异丁酸用量为0.1mol情况下,醇酸摩尔比为1.4∶1,催化剂用量为0.5g,带水剂甲苯为4mL,在118~148℃下,搅拌回流反应约60min,酯化率可达94.5%。
Butyl isobutyrate was synthesized by using phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The effects of the amount of the catalyst, mole ratio of butanol to isobutyric acid, reaction temperature, reaction time and water-carrying agent on esterification were studied. The optimum conditions of the reaction were determined: the mole ratio of butanol to isobutyric acid is 1.4∶1, the amount of catalyst is 0.5 g, refluxing time is 60 min at 118~148℃, the volume of toluene is 4.0 mL, based on 0.1 mol isobutyric acid. The yield of butyl isobutyrate is 94.5%.
