摘要
以氨水、Ni(NO3)2·6H2O为原料,在氧化还原体系下制备纳米镍粉末。讨论了表面活性剂、加料顺序、干燥方式以及煅烧温度等因素对纳米镍制备的影响;用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜等对样品的成分、晶体结构、粒度及其分布进行了分析。结果表明:制得的纳米金属镍粉纯度高,粒径分布窄,平均粒径为35nm,粒径范围在30~40nm。
The nano Ni powder was prepared by oxidation-reduction with ammonia water,Ni(NO_3)_2·6H_2O as the raw materials,the factors of surface active agent,feeding order,drying way,calcination temperature,etc. on preparation of nano Ni were discussed,and also analysed the composition, crystal structure and particle size by XRD and TEM.The experimental results showed that the samples with average size about 35 nm,the range of particle size is 30~40 nm, and the purity of nano Ni powder is high.
