木糖用颗粒活性炭脱色工艺条件的研究 被引量:10

摘要 考察了木糖液温度、流速等因素对颗粒活性炭脱色效果的影响。结果表明:颗粒活性炭对木糖一脱液的脱色效果明显,在高径比为4、流速1.8mL/min时,有利于糖液的脱色,处理量为66mL/g,脱色后糖液透光度在70%以上,同时能够被质量浓度8%NaOH+3%HCl很容易地解吸再生,在80℃时脱色和解吸效果最好,可以满足制备精制木糖的要求。 The effects of temperature and flow speed on decoloration characteristic for particle active charcoal were investigated. The results showed that active charcoal particle has remarkable decoloration ability for the first xylose solution. The effect of decoloration was significant under the ratio of high to diameter is 4, the flowing rate is 1.8 mL/min, the decoloration quantity is 66 mL/g, the transmittance of decolored xylose solution is more than 70%, at the same time, particle active charcoal is rebirth very easy by sodium hydroxide of 8% and hydrochloric acid of 3% , the optimal temperature for decoloration and rebirth is 80℃,it meets the requirement for manufacturing refined xylose.
