摘要
据调查在我国麻风足底溃疡的发生率为25～30％,其原因是足底失去保护性感觉和外界压力反复作用及外伤等,常并发感染形成骨髓炎。慢性的复杂性足底溃疡易引起大出血、癌变而危及生命。有时截肢是治疗足底溃疡的最后措施。
Since 1985,359 disabled person whose leprosy had been cured were admitted in China Leprosy Center for correction of ther deformities,of which 80 persons are bee,amputated,making up 22 per cent,because of plantar ulcers with severe complication including chronic myelitis,serious deformity,suspicious change to cancer and se on.And 75% of these cases have undergone amputation in the legs,two cases in me thighs and three in the feet.The incd as of 72 cases healed up by first intention After the operation artifical limbs or supports have been supplied.The authors emphasize that amputation must not absolutely be misused unless there is definite indication and artifical limbs or supports should be supplied to amputees who should also be taught to do physical exercise so as to prevent ulceration on the end of the remained limb.
