辽宁省相对资源承载力分析

Analysis of Relative Carrying Capacity of Resources in Liaoning Province

采用相对资源承载力的理论与方法,计算了1993年-2003年的辽宁省相对土地资源承载力、相对经济资源承载力和综合资源承载力,并对2010年和2015年的相对资源承载力进行了预测分析.计算结果表明,辽宁省近10年经济的增长是以自然资源的减少为代价的.因此,必须改变这种方式,走节约资源、保护环境和大力发展循环经济之路,才能实现可持续发展.

According to the theory and method in terms of relative carrying capacity of resources, relative carrying capacity of land resources, relative carrying capacity of economy resources and synthetic carrying capacity is computed in Liaoning province from 1993 to 2003 in the paper. Also relative carrying capacity of resources is predicted and analyzed in 2010 and 2015. The results show that economy in Liaoning province during the past 10 years is increasing on the cost of the decrease of nature resources. Therefore, in order to realize the sustainable development, leading to saving resources, protecting environment and developing circle economy, this mode must be adjusted.
