摘要
深圳红树西岸转换层的转换梁为宽扁梁,其特点为梁截面大、钢筋密集,混凝土强度等级为C60。针对施工难点,施工前编制了详细的专项施工方案,施工中通过合理安排钢筋绑扎流程,并认真检查验收;采用钢管排架,确保支模系统安全等技术措施,严格按方案施工,保证了工程质量和工期要求。
In Shenzhen Mangrove West Coast Project, flat beams are used as transferring beams characterized by large cross-section, dense steel bar distribution and high strength concrete C60. Detailed plans were prepared against the construction difficulties before construction. And during construction, steel bar binding flow was reasonably arranged; inspection for acceptance was seriously carried out; steel pipe scaffolds were used to ensure the safety of bracing system; construction was in strict compliance with the plan; and project requirements in quality and construction period were guaranteed.
