摘要
近十几年来,AFLP、RAPD和SSR等分子标记技术的应用,加速了瓜类作物遗传和育种的步伐。根据有关文献介绍了分子标记技术在西瓜甜瓜遗传图谱构建、遗传多样性和物种亲缘关系、分子标记辅助选择、品种(系)指纹图谱构建及杂种纯度鉴定等研究领域的应用进展,其中,RAPD技术是一种高效的基因组DNA多态性分析技术,有快速、简便、高效等优点,主要综述了RAPD技术在西瓜、甜瓜遗传育种研究中的广泛应用,并探讨了该技术在使用中存在的问题及应用前景。
In recent years, application of molecular markers such as AFLP, RAPD and SSR markers have speeded up the step of utilization in cucurbita genetics and breeding. The progress of genetic map construction, genetic diversities, relationship of species (varieties), marker-assisted selection, construction of DNA fingerprint library and identification of F1 hybrid purity by using molecular markers was reviewed in watermelon and melon. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) is a high-efficiency technology for the polymorphism of genome DNA analysis; it has such advantages as quickness, simplicity and effectiveness. Application of RAPD is mainly summarized in this article. The problem existent in application and its prospect are also discussed.
