摘要
报道了PNRSV和PDV的RT-PCR检测的优化体系。利用该体系在北京和大连地区对露地桃树和樱桃树以及甜樱桃茎尖组培苗携带PNRSV和PDV的情况进行了调查,结果表明被检材料这2种病毒的感染率均较高,但程度不同。
The virus indicator plant GF305 was used for detection of PNRSV and PDV in peach and cherry trees. Results showed that the optimized RT-PCR detection system was the best system for detecting PNRSV and PDV in peach and cherry trees. It could well detect the existence of PNRSV and PDV of the trees in orchard and plantlets in vitro.
