“以人为本”是我们党提出的科学发展观的核心内容,它与时俱进地将人的发展作为社会发展的根本目的,这既凸显了“现实的个人”的主体性,也是对人民群众历史主体地位的肯定,并体现了“每个人自由而全面的发展”的终极价值。马克思主义从现实的个人出发,在对劳动阐述的基础上提出,社会发展的终极目标在于“每个人的自由而全面的发展”。因此,“以人为本”正是马克思主义人性观在当代中国的全新诠释。
