摘要
研究了我国裸燕麦麸皮的营养特点并进行燕麦麸β葡聚糖的提取, 为燕麦麸的开发利用提供依据。测定了两种燕麦麸的粗脂肪、粗蛋白、氨基酸、膳食纤维、β- 葡聚糖等主要营养组分, 用碱法提取了燕麦麸总β- 葡聚糖, 用热水提取了燕麦麸水溶性β- 葡聚糖。裸燕麦麸皮具有丰富的营养, 具有开发应用前景。
In order to develop and utilize naked oat bran in our country, we selected two kinds of naked oat bran, analyzed their nutrient-crude fat,protein, amino acid, dietary fiber andβ-Glucan et al. We also extracted their total β-Glucan by NaOH and soluble β-Glucan by hot water and discussed application as well as prospect of naked oat.
