摘要
对193例麻风患者及治愈者作了口腔病治疗,其中MB 132例,PB 61例;现症29例,治愈者164例;男性138人,女性55人;年龄19～84岁,平均55.8岁,50岁以上的占76.1％,60岁以上的占36.2％。患龋齿者91人,其中MB组52人(39.4％),PB 39人(63.9％)(P<0.01);有残根者181人(93.8％),其中MB组129人(97.7％),PB组52人(85.2％)(P<0.01)。总患龋率为96.4％,MB中为99.2％,PB中为90.2％;龋均数为5.44颗。MB中为5.22颗,PB 5.96颗(P<0.05)。以上各项均比正常人偏高,故龋 病与麻风有无相关值得研究。牙列缺损率为75.1％,与正常人相近,MB与PB之间也无差异。有双手残缺似已失去刷牙能力者占25.4％。其中51％仍坚持以手掌持牙刷每日刷牙。口腔卫生不良者占80.8％,有牙垢和牙石者占89.6％,有牙周病者占77.7％,与正常人相近。拔牙者为186人,342颗牙;补牙20人,45颗牙;镶牙4人,42颗牙;治疗牙周病8人和其它口腔疾患11人,仅占应予治疗者的5～47％。作者指出为麻风患者治疗口腔疾病的工作目前国内几乎没有开展,社会和政府均应予重视,要把他们的口腔病治疗和牙功能重建列入康复规划。
Stomatologic disorders in 193 patients and persons cured of leprosy had been treated,including 132 MB and 61 PB,21 active cases and 164 cures,and 138 men and 55 women with the mean age of 55.8 years.Among the examinees,91 cases have dental caries (47.1%),181 have residual roots (93.8%) and there averagely are 5.44 dental carieses,being more than those in healthy persons.Those who have both the disabled hands and seem to have lost the abili ty to clean their teeth account for 25.4 %,of which 51 % are still maintaining their habit of teeth-cleaning with a brush in their disabled palms every day.80.8% of them are dirty in their oral cavity,89.6% have dental calculus and 77.7% suffer from peridental disorders,being similar to the situation in healthy population.As the treatment,342 teeth were pulled out in 186 persons,45 teeth repaired in 20 persons,42 artificial teeth inserted in four persons and eight cas es of peridental disorders and 11 cases of Stomatologic disease were treated,accounting only for five to 47% of those who should be treated.The author points out that almost no treatment is given to Stomatologic disorders in leprosy patients,including active and cured,in our country up to now,so the society and government should pay special attention to them and bring them into the national leprosy rehabilitation program.
