运用综合优化法改善厚规格钢板的性能

摘要 数据统计表明济钢厚规格钢板力学性能偏低,本文从设备现状、工艺规程、板坯装炉制度等方面分析了厚规格钢板力学性能偏低的原因,阐述化学成分、加热工艺、压下规程、冷却工艺等优化设计方案及对厚规格钢板的性能改善效果。 Data statistics shows that the mechanical properties of heavy plate produced by Jinan Iron and Steel Corp.are somewhat lower.This article makes an analysis of causes for the lower mechanical properties of heavy plate from such aspects as present status of equipment,process schedule and slab charging system,etc,expounds the optimizing design scheme in terms of chemical compostion,reheating process,drafting schedule and cooling process,etc. and their effect on properties improvement of heavy plate.
