摘要
麻风引起的足底保护性感觉障碍称麻木足,是造成足部畸残的主要原因。国内外麻风工作者皆在探讨避免麻木足外伤及预防足底溃疡的方法。让患者穿防护鞋,就是好方法之一。根据全国康复办要求,防护鞋应是鞋垫软,可均匀分散行走时的足底受力,可由普通优质橡胶加工成微孔橡胶垫;鞋帮高且宽松。
The follow—up for 12 to 21 months in 200 leprosy patients with insensitive feet,who have been wearing protective footwear,showed that the footwear have good protective effect on the rhagades and wound of the sole,The authors pointed out that the supply of the footwear and teaching the patients to use them would be able to prevent foot's deformi- ty and its deterioration.
