摘要
自然杀伤细胞通过其表达的不同类型的受体选择性识别细胞表面的相应配体,提供自然杀伤细胞反应的自我调节信号。正常妊娠时,蜕膜自然杀伤细胞的杀伤细胞抑制受体介导的抑制作用占主导地位,表现为自然杀伤细胞失活,对半同种异体胎儿耐受;而在某些病理情况下,杀伤细胞抑制受体的效应机制发生障碍,可能导致妊娠丢失。
Different types of receptors expressed by natural killer(NK) cells may selectively recognize their specific ligands on some other cells and provi de self-regulatory signals to control NK responses. Since immunosuppressio n medi ated by killer inhibitory receptors(KIR) of decidual NK cells is dominant in nor mal pregnancy,the activation of NK cells appears to be inhibited and fetus as a half-allograft is tolerated by mother. In some cases of pathology, inhibiting action of KIRs is dysfunctioned and this may result in miscarriage.
