摘要 新生儿高胆红素血症可能引起胆红素脑病。胆红素脑病是威胁新生儿的一种严重疾病,该文从各种诱发电位的临床应用及前景进行了综述,早期预测和及时干预新生儿高胆红素血症,对防止胆红素脑病及其后遗症的发生有重要意义。 Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia may result in bilirubin encephalopathy, wh ich is a severe disease of newborns. The review clarified application and pr ospect of all kinds of evoked potentials(EPs) in clinic. To early predict and ti mely intervene neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is of improtant significance for pre vention of bilirubin encephalopathy and its sequelae.
