米索前列醇预防剖宫产术后出血的临床观察

A clinical observation of methyl-prostone for preventing postcesarean hemorrhage

目的 观察米索前列醇对剖宫产手术后出血的预防作用。方法 随机将住院分娩有手术指征的186例行子宫下段剖宫产的孕产妇分为实验组和对照组,实验组96例,对照组90例。实验组产妇于剖宫产后直肠内放置4 0 0μg米索前列醇,而对照组产妇于剖宫产术后常规静点IU催产素。结果 产后2小时出血量,实验组明显少于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 米索前列醇对各期子宫均有较好的收缩效果,且剖宫产术后给药简单、安全、副作用少。

Objective To observe preventive effect of methyl-prostone for postcesarea n hemorrhage. Methods 186 hospitalized predelivery women with indic ator of cesarean section who were expected to undergo cesarean section at lower uterine segment, were divided randomly into two groups: experimental group (n =96) and control group (n=90). The parturients in experimental group were placed 400μg of methyl-prostone in rectum (at site 6cm from anus) immediately after cesarean section, While those in control group were given intravenous drip of conventional dose of oxytoin. Results The amount of bleeding o f parturients in experimental group was significantly lower than that of those p arturients in control group (P<0.005). Conclusion Methy-prostone had better contractile effect for uterine at each stage, and it is a simple and safe metho d to control postcesarean hemorrhage with less adverse effects.
