腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢囊肿

Laparoscopic operation for treatment of large oophoritic cysts

目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗巨大卵巢囊肿在安全性、可行性、科学性方面的临床应用价值。方法 对5 0例接受腹腔镜手术治疗的巨大卵巢囊肿病例的手术适应症、手术方法、手术时间、术中出血量、并发症、术后恢复情况等临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 5 0例大于妊娠4个月子宫(直径≥12cm)大小的卵巢囊肿均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无术时、术后并发症,治愈率10 0 %。结论 腹腔镜治疗巨大卵巢囊肿是可行的,虽手术难度较大,但只要病例选择得当,完全可达到开腹手术同样的效果,并具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。

Objective To investigate clinical value of laparo scopic operation for treatment of large oophoritic cysts. Methods The indications of operation, operation method and time, bleeding amount during operation, recovery t ime of bowel function, postope rative hospital stay, postoperative complications of 50 women with oophoritic la rge cyst who underwent laparoscopic operation were studied retrospectively. Results 50 oophoritic cysts with a size more than 4 months of gast ational uterine(the diameter was≥12cm) were removed successfully without any co mplications. The curative rate was 100%. Conclusion The results su ggested that if the cases selected are suitable, laparoscopic operation is safe and feasible for treatment of oophoritic large cyst, although the operation is r elatively more difficult.
