妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功血52例分析

Effects of marvelon on fifty two patients with menopausal transitional DUB

目的 探讨妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功血的临床价值。方法 收集5 2例功血的病例,用妈富隆治疗,观察止血时间、经量及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度比较情况。结果 妈富隆治疗止血效果好,月经量减少,子宫内膜厚度变薄(P<0 .0 1)。结论 妈富隆用于绝经过渡期功血有显著疗效。

Objective To assess effect of marvelon on menopausal tra nsitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB). Methods Fifty two patients wit h menopausal transitional DUB, amount of menorrhea and thickness of endo metrium before and after treatment were observated and measured. Results Marvel on had good bleeding-stopping effects, and it could reduce the amount of menor rhea and thinned the thickness of endonetrium dramatically(P<0.01). Conclus ion Marvelon has remarkable curative effects on menopausal transitional DUB.
