摘要
42例有兔眼的麻风病人(68只眼),用詹逊氏改良式颞肌阔筋膜悬吊术加以矫正。手术前闭眼时眼裂为2～10毫米。1992年4月到1993年2月做的手术,于1993年11月随访,距手术日为8个月至1.5年,发现闭眼时眼裂不到1毫米的有16例,1～3毫米的有36例,效果良好。术后56只眼的流泪现象有改善。作者强调应尽早矫治兔眼,以保护角膜。
Fourty two leprosy patients with lagophthalmos(68 eyes)have been corrected by using Johnson's modified suspension with musculus temporalis and fascia lata in the period of April 1992 to February 1993.The width of the palpebral fissure on closing the eyes were two to ten mm.before the operation The follow-up in November 1993,eight months to 1.5 years after the operations,has found those who have the fissure less than one mm.and equaling to one to three mm.were 16 and 36 persons respectively,and lacrimation was improved for 56 eyes.The author suggest that lagophthalmos should be corrected as early as possible for protection of the cornea.
