摘要
以尾细桉M 1的单芽茎段为外殖体进行离体培养和快速繁殖研究.结果表明,再生芽诱导的较好培养基为EU+BA 0.5+NAA 0.2.增殖较适宜的培养基为EU+BA 1.0+NAA 0.2,EU+BA 0.5+IBA 0.2,EU+BA 0.5+NAA 0.1+IBA 0.1,每个芽可产生5个芽.壮苗较适培养基为1/2MS附加AC 0.5%~1.0%,有效苗品质高.生根较适培养基为1/2 MS附加NAA 0.2或IBA 0.2,生根率95%以上.炼苗移栽成活率达到96%以上.
The stem-segments of the hybrid of Eucalyptus urophylla × E. tereticornis were used as explants in tissue culture. The optimum medium for shoot induction was EU + BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L. The media EU + BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L, EU + BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 0.2 mg/L and EU + BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + IBA 0.1 mg/L gave satisfactory results for multiplication, each explant producing 5 shoots on the average. The medium 1/2 MS + 0.5%~1.0% AC was suitable for hardening the plantlets. The rooting medium 1/2 MS supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L or IBA 0.2 mg/L gave a rooting rate of more than 95%. More than 96% of the hardened plantlets survived after transplanting.
