摘要
45m高砖结构烟囱位于大型化工厂区,烟囱附近分布有热力管线、液氯车间和乙炔贮气铁罐;受地震影响在烟囱上部35m处向西偏3°。针对烟囱自身结构特殊性和四周环境的复杂性,采用开倒梯形切口定向倾倒爆破方案,且对爆破参数、安全防护、爆破网路进行精心地设计和施工,并对倾倒条件及稳定性进行验算。爆破取得了圆满成功。
The 45m high chimney out of brick structure was situated in a large-scale chemical plant.The section 35m above of the chimney leaned about 3 degrees to the west,which was resulted from an earthquake. Besides,near the chimney there were heat pipes,liquid chlorine workshop and acetylene storage tanks existing. Considering the special chimney structure and its complicated environment directional blasting design with cutting in reverse trapezoid was employed in the blasting. Before the blasting operation parameters,safe protection measures and igniting circuit net were carefully designed followed by checking and revising the collapse conditions and its safety.The demolition was quite a successful one.
