细胞信号转导异常与疾病
摘要
细胞信号转导是近年细胞生物学、分子生物学和医学领域研究的热点之一。信号转导异常与肿瘤等多种疾病的发生、发展和预后直接相关。本文简要介绍细胞信号转导及其与疾病的关系。
