摘要
目的:比较空气净化器、多功能臭氧消毒机、紫外线灯管对空气消毒杀菌的效果。方法:在2 8m2 无菌间分别使用空气净化器、多功能臭氧消毒机、紫外线灯管对空气进行消毒处理,于消毒前、后及无菌间使用后30min、6 0min、90min对空气采样,进行细菌菌落计数。结果:3种方法消毒前、后及使用后细菌数差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:空气净化器与多功能臭氧机的消毒杀菌效果优于紫外线的杀菌力。
Objective comparing the effect of air sterilizing by air purifying equipment, multiple functional zone sterilizing equipment and ultraviolet radiation modulating tube respectively.Methods sterilizing air in 28 m2 asepsis room by air purifying equipment, multiple functional ozone sterilizing equipment and ultraviolet radiation modulating tube respectively; obtaining the air sample from asepsis room before and after sterilizing, and30 min,60 min,90 min after the asepsis room been used respectively;there after,counting the bacteria colony and the bacteria volume separately.Result The significant differentia is existing when comparing the bacteria volume after been sterilized by above three methods in the status of before and after aterilizing procedure ,as well as after the asepsis room been used(P<0.05).Conclusion The sterilizing effects by air purifying or ozone sterilizing is more satisfied than that by ultraviolet radiation sterilizing.
