Singular integral operators S_(n+m),T_(n+m) are introduced on the characteristic manifold of topotogical product of n cylindrical domains and m half-plane domains.We obtain a series of the compound formulas of S_(n+m),T_(n+m) on the characteristic manifold,and discuss constant coefficient singular integral equation.
