摘要 研究了交联剂1, 2 -聚丁二烯在三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM) /聚丙烯(PP)热塑性硫化胶(TPV)中的作用。结果表明,在EP DM用量高的TPV中, 1, 2 -聚丁二烯能够提高材料的交联密度;在EPDM用量低的TPV中, 1, 2 -聚丁二烯则起到了增塑剂的作用。随着PP用量的增加,EPDM交联程度对TPV体系性能的影响不再明显。 Thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV) based on ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM)/polypropylene(PP) blends using dicumyl peroxide as curing agent were studied in this work. There is still a limitation for the use of peroxides in the production of EPDM/PP TPV because a better balance between EPDM-crosslinking and PP-degradation should be considered for peroxide vulcanization. Crosslinking agents are then supposed to increase vulcanization rate, improve crosslinking efficiency of peroxide-cure and also lead to a reduction of PP-degradation. Therefore, 1,2-polybutadiene(1,2-PB) was used as crosslinking agent and its effect on peroxide-cured EPDM/PP TPV was investigated.
