摘要
研究是国内首次较大规模的城市污泥低压氧化中试试验.结果表明,在170~185℃温度的反应温度下,在纯氧存在条件下,低压氧化可以取得较好的污泥减容改性效果.污泥上清液中的化学需氧量(COD)由平均1972mg/L上升至8000~12000mg/L,悬浮固体(SS)溶解率20%~60%,脱水泥饼的固体质量分数为45%~50%,热值约为8000kJ/kg.
The research was the first pilot-scale experiment of low-pressure oxidation (LPO) of municipal sewage sludge. The experimental results indicated that under 170~185 ℃, LPO achieved significant effects, COD in liquid phase increased from 1 972 mg/L to 8 000~12 000 mg/L, and SS dissolved by 20%~60%, and sludge cake contained 45%~50% solid with thermal value about 8 000 kJ/kg.
