摘要
对某市桥梁项目采用的球型支座模型KZQZ200GD进行系统的力学性能试验研究.试验内容包括支座的基本力学性能、60次循环疲劳试验与循环疲劳前、后对比试验,试验研究结果表明,该结构形式的球型支座力学性能稳定,具有耗能性、隔震减震性能,是桥梁支座中较为理想能对地震载荷进行隔震减震作用的支座,是桥梁建设的优选.
In this paper, the test of mechanical property of sphericity bearing model (KZQZ200GD) for the bridge in a city is introduced in detail. The contents of sphericity bearing test include essential mechanical property test, fatigue test with 60 times circulation and comparison test. Test study indicated that mechanical property of this spericity bearing is steady, and the bearing can effectively absorb or isolate earthquake energy translating to the bridge. This spericity bearing is a preferred isolation bearing for bridge isolation.
