摘要
综述了丙硫菌唑及其中间体的合成方法,总结出四条常用合成路线,并对各条路线进行初步的比较和评价。笔者认为,路线B以1-乙酰基-1-氯环丙烷为起始原料合成丙硫菌唑的方法值得关注。
Synthetic methods of prothioconazole and its intermediates are reviewed and among which four synthetic methods of common use are summarized and appraised. The author believes that, attention should be attracted to method B in which 1-acetyl-1-chlorocyclopropane is used as raw material.
